If you are interested to support AKIO become a volunteer.

There are many volunteers involved in conducting AKIO events so far. The following are few, but many working behind the scenes.

Mohan Gavvagi has graduated from S.V.University Tirupati, AP India. He studied post graduate degreer's program from London South Bank University and later received Masters from Preseton University, US. Mohan has founded the AKIO and along with Hari Ancha and SomalRaju Krishnama Raju as Executive Directors registered as a not-for-profit organization in NY state.

Sunil Bhatia joins AKIO as a volunteer becuase he would like to promote Indian/SouthAsian Culture. He had participated in competitions in his school, college. Sunil wants to act as judge for Quiz, Elocution and Play besides organizing AKIO events. Sunil lives with his family in Latham. He has a 2 year old child. Currently Sunil is taking care of Information systems unit at GCOM soft, Albany.

Jayaprakash Jayachandrababu is from Madras graduated from IIT-Bombay in the field of Civil Engineering & Earth Sciences and masters in Remote Sensing. Jay pretty much interested in helping out in any social related activities at any capacities.He loves sports and likes to have fun in the sun. He used to be very active with collegiate level performing acts and espoused lots of interest in sports and quiz. He has two kids and he currently working as Software Architect in Albany.

Krishnama Raju Somal Raju is from Tirupati, is post-graduated from S.V.University in the field of Computer Science. Raju is intended to help the Indian community and showing his respect towards the culture and traditions. He has studied in AP Residential School and participated in many school and college level competitions. He is married and living in Menands. He is currently working as a Software Developer in Albany.

Hari Ancha lives in Menands with his wife and son Ritish, he has post-graduated with M.C.A. from Madras University. Hari lived in different parts of USA before he comes to Albany. He is much interested in social welfare activiteis and wherever he lived he involved in community activities and gave his support and encouragement. He wants to build the good and healthy environment to our kids of Indian origin in Albany. He is working as a Application Developer in Albany.

Kiran Thatipally has graduated in Bachelors in Electronics and Communications Engineering. He likes to be part of community development activities and likes to volunteer for the programs. He volunteers the Temple Hundi Collection counting, other Temple related events for the community. He lives with his wife in Menands. He is working as Software Quality Assurance Analyst.

Vijaya Kokkili has graduated with a Bachelors of Computer Science and Engg from JNTU, Hyderabad, India.She is currently working as a Quality Assurance Manager in Albany, NY. She is very interested in volunteering community work and temple activities.

Krishna Rayavaram Received a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Sri venkateswara University, Tirupati. Msaters in Computer Science from Texas Tech University, TX. He lives with his wife in Guilderland. He is working as a Senior Programmer/Analyst and D.B.A for University at Albany-SUNY
